Ammonia supply and demand

This charts compares the supply and demand of ammonia (NH₃). You can set the supply in the Ammonia production section. It can then be used for:

• reforming to hydrogen
• fertilizer production
• domestic navigation (inland shipping)
• international navigation (maritime shipping)

If the supply is insufficient to cover demand, back-up import is used to cover the difference. If it exceeds demand, the excess is exported.
